To The USA

Yes, I might get to USA this year or at the latest, next year. This time, I will make sure to visit Florida. I could have gone there the first time I went for a vacation in USA last 2001. My relatives already booked our Orlando Hotels and I was really looking forward to seeing the beautiful state that they have been talking about. I was also excited to see a good friend living there whom I have not seen for quite some time. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to extend my leave from work. So, my relatives continued the trip to Florida and I went back home.

Before returning to USA in 2007, I made sure to ask around in Facebook and do some research on some websites to see what places I should visit. My point of entry then was in West Coast. The plan was to go to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas before visiting the relatives in Texas and finally, to Florida. But, after spending a few days in San Francisco, my travel companions changed their minds and decided to forego Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Florida and just stayed in San Francisco until it was time to go home. Without them, I went on to Texas and South Carolina before getting home myself.

The next trip should be different because I want to visit Washington D.C. and Orlando, Florida.

Skywatch#102 Sydney Harbour Bridge

We were lucky enough that the weather was good during our first time visit to Sydney years ago. Here's the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House as seen from the Sydney ferry:

The above photo is a scanned photo. The digital camera was just starting to get popular when we took our Australia tour years ago. We had 3 cameras at that time and only one was a digital camera, Sony,  my first digital camera.

This memorial for the fallen soldiers is located at the Corregidor Island. The island is the last stand of the Filipino and American forces against the Japanese occupation during World War II.
